took panadol tablets in the office, and my work performance today is wholly rock-bottom. my back's aching and my throat is hurting me.

plain water tastes horrible today.

din eat during lunch time. totally fatigue. i ate sleep for lunch.

Even during the meeting with a school operation manager, totally fatigue.

and right now, i can't get to rest early. Need to help my bro with his mid-year exams. his progress is utterly slow and terrible. sec 1 now, still needs my help. and still needs to be pushed.

sigh.

Still having fever and yet i can't go rest early.
