A day in PUB NEWater Visitor Centre

Early in the morning at 0830..here i was...in PUB NEWater Visitor Centre..

was grumbling throughout the whole journey to the centre...grumbled about the poor arrangement of this outing organised by my water membrance lecturer.. grumbled that i was supposed to be sleeping at this time...haha.. =p

And =) we were greeted by this lovely sight..a little rainbow... =)

Some sceneries about the centre..while we were waiting for the rest of our course mates to arrive..

And TADA...!!!! all the modules...all the vessels...all the pipes....ooooooohhh... hhaa.. =p

And definitely all the tests for the necessary control parameters to ensure that our NEWater is safe to drink...

Afterall, was glad that i came for this outing..heard a portion of what we've learnt in this outing will be tested in the exam.. (ARG..) but at least i was glad to step into the treatment area to learn more about RO (reverse osmosis)..haha..

Lunch's in the hawker centre opposite my alma mater, TJC...

It's been a very long time since i went back..to the hawker centre to have lunch..the place is still the same...the tjcians are still looking the same...

and I met Jiajin, one of my favourite cadets whom i've trained during NCO Course 2005..! He has a very positive attitude towards challenges and tasks and is very humble in his learning..haa..think it's been a long time since i saw him...he was very tall, and i need to tilt my head pretty high..

But it's great to see him again.. =)

oki, shall blog next time round...
